（珠海市）关于对进境货物木质包装执行新的检疫要求的通知

珠海出入境检验检疫局关于对进境货物木质包装执行新的检疫要求的通知 各有关进口企业： 　　根据国际植物检疫措施第15号标准，国家质检总局于2005年初会同有关部门发布了2005年第11、32号公告，制定了进境货物木质包装检疫新规定。新规定要求所有进境货物使用的木质包装应当由输出国家或地区植物检疫机构认可的企业按中国确认的检疫除害处理方法处理，并加施IPPC专用标识。当货物到达中国入境口岸时，中国出入境检验检疫机构对木质包装进行查验，发现不符合公告要求的，将监督货主或代理人对木质包装实施除害处理、销毁或连同货物退运出境。新规定自2006年1月1日起实施。 　　请相关进口企业尽快通知国外供货商，了解并遵守中国木质包装检疫新规定，以便货物到港后能顺利通关。具体检疫要求可在质检总局网站上查询（www.aqsiq.gov.cn），或向当地出入境检验检疫机构咨询。 　　NOTIFICATION 　　To the relevant import companies， 　　According to the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No.15 （ISPM No.15），the General Administration of Quality Supervision， Inspection and Quarantine of P.R. China （AQSIQ）jointly published the Notice No.11 and No.32 with relevant authorities in early of 2005 and laid down a new rule on wood packaging material （WPM） with imported consignments. The new rule requires all WPM associated with consignments to China should be treated with measures approved by AQSIQ， and labeled with IPPC mark by manufacturers certified by plant quarantine authorities of exporting countries or regions. China Inspection and Quarantine （CIQ） authorities will inspect the WPM at the port of entry， any non-compliance WPM will be treated， destroyed or returned with the consignments together under supervision of CIQ. The rule will come into force on Jan. 1， 2006. 　　Please notify the oversea suppliers as soon as possible to know and meet the new requirements of WPM， in order that the consignments will be released smoothly on arrival at a port in China.
